Greetings from the President,

Lora Vinande

Lora VinandeHello and Happy New Year! For the past three years, the Michigan Diversity Council (MIDC) has been a dynamic platform for learning and dialogue surrounding the challenges and opportunities of diversity in the workplace. We have listened to member feedback regarding programming topics, and overwhelmingly, we heard that your most pressing workplace diversity issues focus on recruiting and retaining talent. So in 2013, we will tackle the topic with a series of programming that features industry experts and highlights best practices in our region.
